Reflexology for Relaxation – 2 days (12hrs) $400.00
Reflexology is a tactile manual therapy that charts the whole body to correlating reflex points on the feet, hands, ears and face. Treatment aims to promote balance and relaxation and actively engages the whole being with techniques that use hand, finger and thumb movements. This course equips the learner with knowledge of relevant anatomy, principles and practices of reflexology to include reflex energetics, zone therapy and practice guidelines for treatment with practicum for relaxation.
Stone Therapy – Hot and Cold Stone – 2 days (12hrs) $400.00
Stone therapy is a great adjunct to your relaxation or remedial massage practice. Basalt or Granite stones are placed on the body and also used as a massage tool within a treatment. The use of hot and/or cold stones are applied to provide varying benefits ranging from reduction of inflammation to increased detoxification and vessel dilation for enhanced blood flow. This course gives you the skill to promote client satisfaction and supports career longevity by reducing the physical demand of treatment application.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage – 4 days (24hrs) $850.00
The lymphatic system, a network of vessels that drain fluid from tissue, acts as an aid to, and interlinked with, the blood-vascular system. Lymph, meaning ‘water’, the fluid of the lymphatic system, is derived from and gradually shifted back into the bloodstream. Lymphatic Drainage technique is a valuable therapeutic modality considered to support and enhance the immune system and other functions of the body. This modality will change your current practices of massage and is a fantastic tool to add to your professional toolkit.
Aromatherapy for Relaxation Massage – 1 days (6hrs) $300.00
Aromatherapy is the controlled administration of highly concentrated botanical essence or essential oil extracts used in therapeutic treatment practices. Essential oils can have varying therapeutic actions depending upon their specificity. Botanicals that act to relax are called relaxants, nervines and/or sedatives. At times an individual may require aid to support their body and mind to counterbalance the affects from the stressors of life.
Aromatherapy in Reflexology – 1 Day (6hrs) $300.00
Pre-requisite: Reflexology for Relaxation – Aromatherapy and Reflexology combined can bring exponential benefits. This workshop is the combination of essential oil application to a reflexology treatment. Having completed the Reflexology for Relaxation workshop you can now expand your knowledge to bring aromatherapy into your reflexology clinical practice. (essential oil products supplied for training)

Aromatherapy for Sports/Remedial Massage – 2 days (12hrs) $450.00
Sport can be demanding on the physical body and post performance recovery can be challenging. Supplementing recovery routines with essential oils that are analgesic, detoxifying, relaxing and stimulating support performance and enhance recovery timeframes. On successful completion of this workshop you will be able to apply a basic level of aromatherapy to your sports and massage practice to promote musculoskeletal health and performance.
Pregnancy and Post Partum Massage – 2 days (12hrs) $400.00
A Pregnancy term is a demanding time with many physical changes experienced from muscle imbalance, musculoskeletal laxity and weakness to postural misalignment and deviation. These changes can often be only temporary however, some changes will result in permanency in the absence of intervention. There are different stages to pregnancy and knowledge is key to treatment. In this course, learning is focused on understanding treatment for pregnancy trimesters and treatment protocols for peri and post partum support.
Advanced Trigger Point Technique – 2 Day (12hrs) $450.00
Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy is a fundamental foundation for remedial practice. Trigger points impact the biological function of the muscle contraction by promoting a cascade of chemical activations that render the muscle with fatigue, toxin accumulation and increased immune responses that lead to hyperalgesia and/or increased sensitivity to pain. MTrP diagnosis plays an important role in the Pain Syndrome with myofascial pain arguably one of the more common clinical findings in patients presenting with musculoskeletal pain. Advanced Remedial Treatment for Cervical Spine – 1 Day (6hrs) $300.00
Cervicogenic musculoskeletal deviations can contribute to debilitating chronic pain syndromes ranging from headaches and migraines, wry neck, functional ROM limitations, nausea, muscle weakness and visual disturbance. This workshop consists of renewed learning of cervical anatomy and techniques including vertebral joint mobilisation, Static, MET and PNF stretching, myofascial trigger point and myofascial mobilisation to add to your remedial skillset.
Nerve Impingement Assessment and Pain Management – 4 Days (24hrs) $850.00
Nerve Impingement syndromes or compression neuropathy is a musculoskeletal condition that arises as a result of direct compression of a nerve. In this 4 day workshop you will review relevant anatomical structures and applications of remedial assessment and treatment for positive therapeutic outcomes and client satisfaction.
