Shoden – The First Degree
This level is the Introduction to the philosophy and practical application of Reiki
The focus of Level 1 is to open your energy channel on the PHYSICAL plane allowing you to experience the flow of universal energy.
This level is specific for personal healing capability.
This may be encountered as a physical sensation of tingling or heat through the palms of the hands.
There are 4 attunements or REIJU, where symbols are ceremoniously dropped into the crown of each individual.
- Experience an Auric Opening at this level
- Learn to identify and experience your intuitive awareness
- Open yourself to the healing art of Reiki
- Begin to feel a sense of Personal Empowerment
